Terms and Conditions of Use – Beelinkly (a service by ITBCPRO Solutions Inc.)

Welcome to Beelinkly! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Beelinkly, a web application owned and operated by ITBCPRO Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered business in British Columbia, Canada. 

By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Beelinkly. 

1. Who We Are 

Beelinkly is a two-sided online marketplace built by ITBCPRO Solutions Inc. The platform connects: 

  • Clients – individuals or businesses seeking services (e.g., homeowners, renters, project managers), and 
  • Professionals – service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, IT experts, cleaners) offering their expertise. 

ITBCPRO Solutions provides the platform, but does not perform or supervise any of the services. 

2. Eligibility 

To use Beelinkly, you must: 

  • Be at least 18 years old. 
  • Reside in Canada. 
  • Use the platform for lawful, non-fraudulent purposes. 
  • Agree to comply with all applicable federal and provincial laws. 

3. Account Registration 

  • You must create an account to access certain features. 
  • All information you provide must be accurate and complete. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. 
  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate our policies. 

4. Our Role 

Beelinkly is a lead generation and matching platform only. We: 

  • Do not employ Professionals. 
  • Do not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of any services. 
  • Do not control, manage, or supervise any agreement between Clients and Professionals. 

All engagements and agreements are strictly between the Client and the Professional. 

5. User Responsibilities 

Clients: 

  • You agree to use Beelinkly to find and connect with Professionals for genuine service needs. 
  • You are solely responsible for hiring decisions, payments, and evaluating qualifications. 
  • You agree not to misuse the platform or submit fraudulent requests. 

Professionals: 

  • You must have legal authorization to work in Canada and possess any required licenses or certifications. 
  • You are responsible for all work performed and any representations made to Clients. 
  • You agree not to post misleading or false information. 

6. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments 

  • Professionals may purchase subscriptions, credits, or other paid features to access leads and platform tools. 
  • All payments are in Canadian Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. 
  • Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends. 
  • Refunds are not issued unless required by law. 

7. Disclaimers 

  • Beelinkly does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any service offered by Professionals. 
  • All interactions, negotiations, and outcomes are at your own risk. 
  • We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from services. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • ITBCPRO Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Beelinkly in the past 6 months, if any. 

9. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITBCPRO Solutions, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from: 

  • Your use of the Beelinkly platform. 
  • Your violation of these Terms. 
  • Any dispute or harm involving other users. 

10. User-Generated Content 

  • Users may post content such as service descriptions, profiles, or reviews. 
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Beelinkly a royalty-free license to use it for platform operation and promotion. 
  • You must not post unlawful, misleading, or defamatory content. 

11. Account Suspension or Termination 

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms or illegal conduct. 
  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email]. 

12. Privacy and Data Use 

  • Your data is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

13. Changes to the Terms 

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, the updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Beelinkly indicates your acceptance of the changes. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.
