The platform connects:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Clients<\/strong> \u2013 individuals or businesses seeking services (e.g., homeowners, renters, project managers), and\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Professionals<\/strong> \u2013 service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, IT experts, cleaners) offering their expertise.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ITBCPRO Solutions provides the platform, but does not perform or supervise any of the services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To use Beelinkly, you must:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reside in Canada.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the platform for lawful, non-fraudulent purposes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agree to comply with all applicable federal and provincial laws.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. We:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do <strong>not employ<\/strong> Professionals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do <strong>not guarantee<\/strong> the quality, legality, or outcome of any services.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do <strong>not control<\/strong>, manage, or supervise any agreement between Clients and Professionals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All engagements and agreements are strictly between the Client and the Professional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. User Responsibilities<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clients:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You agree to use Beelinkly to find and connect with Professionals for genuine service needs.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are solely responsible for hiring decisions, payments, and evaluating qualifications.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You agree not to misuse the platform or submit fraudulent requests.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professionals:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have legal authorization to work in Canada and possess any required licenses or certifications.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for all work performed and any representations made to Clients.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You agree not to post misleading or false information.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professionals may purchase subscriptions, credits, or other paid features to access leads and platform tools.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All payments are in Canadian Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are not issued unless required by law.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Disclaimers<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beelinkly does <strong>not verify<\/strong>, <strong>endorse<\/strong>, or <strong>guarantee<\/strong> any service offered by Professionals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All interactions, negotiations, and outcomes are at your own risk.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from services.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ITBCPRO Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Beelinkly in the past 6 months, if any.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Indemnification<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITBCPRO Solutions, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your use of the Beelinkly platform.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your violation of these Terms.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any dispute or harm involving other users.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. User-Generated Content<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users may post content such as service descriptions, profiles, or reviews.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You retain ownership of your content but grant Beelinkly a royalty-free license to use it for platform operation and promotion.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must not post unlawful, misleading, or defamatory content.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.
